We provide a total solutions package for an initial start up fee plus a flat monthly fee that covers updating, hosting, and maintenance. This package includes all the applications and services a website typically need for its official website; from the creation of the initial website to technical support and training.

A one year contract and initial deposit is required to get started. The initial deposit is required at the first day of the photo shoot, when applicabloe, or at the start date of the creation of the site. If you prefer to keep the look and feel of your existing website, we can also revamp it so that it meets requirements of a professional design and user interface, or we can keep it the same, but with minor changes, based on availability of original source files, rights, and permissions needed. The development of the website is included with the start up fee, as well as creative services and server set up.

One Year Price Guarantee: We guarantee that your montly fee for hosting, updating, and maintenance will not be increased for one full year!

Our solutions package includes the following:

Initial Set Up and Website Creation


  • Creation of the website
  • Photographer will be sent to location, where applicable
  • Project Managers and Graphic Designers will be assigned to the project
  • Up to 3 (three) Rounds of Revisions of the graphic design until approval
  • Current website design can also be used (improved) if preferred, based on availability of original source files, rights, and permissions
  • Creation of static content pages for materials provided in electronic format -- texts, handbooks, pictures, et al
    certain restrictions apply
  • Domain Name Registration is included for One Year
  • Set up of the web server


Technical Support

  • Phone Support Available (Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm)
  • Technical Support Available during non business hours via an integrated messaging system
  • Content insertion for new static sections, where applicable and with previous agreement

  • One time on site training for pre-qualified canidates
  • Additional on site training may be available

The following services are not included in our basic package:

  1. End users personal internet connection
  2. Custom programming for specific needs which are not related to a typical website


Uploaded files must meet the following requirements:

  1. Content must be related to the site
  2. Illegal files such as copyrighted audio and/or video files or illegal software are prohibited
  3. Uploaded files must be linked from at least one page on the website. The files must be accessible from the website.
